So a little information on what is now known as
Last year (2011) around this time she suggested that I start a small side business selling my homemade chocolate truffles! I had never thought much about selling them before that however, they were a "for sure item" on my holiday baking list. I absolutely LOVE cooking & baking! In the past I had made them each year as a treats to take to holiday dinners and parties as well as little gifts for those people that I wanted to give a little something to but never knew just what! They were always a hit!
So....at Amanda 's urging I started a page on...where else....Facebook!! And, overnight I had 15 dozen ordered!! Talk about surprising and overwhelming at the same time! From that point forward I worked on truffles non stop through Valentine's Day & absolutely loved it ever single second of it!
I am so very thankful to my customers that placed orders and look forward to their orders this year as well as hopefully having many new customers! So as the holidays start to creep up on us I am once again in planning mode and getting anxious for another super busy season!
